Following last week’s announcement of “Chicken.org” opening in Philadelphia, the same owners have converted its other meat-themed establishment, “Burger.org” into a Glatt Kosher burger joint as of today. The Chicken.Org restaurant opened in Philadelphia on Tuesday at 534 South 4th Street (SW corner of 4th & South Sts). Kingston Ave. in Crown Heights, Brooklyn is getting its own Schnitzel “sandwich” shop in ‘Prime Sandwich’, which is set to open directly before or after the Jewish holidays (2011). According to Shamis.com, the restaurant will be under the Hashgacha of the Beis Din of Crown Heights (CHK).
