New for This Year: ShinSen Joins the Kosher Dining Lineup (Jan 14–24 Only)
One of the biggest updates for this year’s Yeshiva Week program is the addition of ShinSen, a sushi-focused dining venue at the Hyatt Regency Aruba that is being included as part of the kosher operation for the first time.
During the Yeshiva Week kosher window, ShinSen will operate as a kosher dinner option with the Akimori team, giving guests another on-property setting for sushi beyond the existing venues that have been running in previous years.
Cuisine: Sushi (Akimori at ShinSen during Yeshiva Week)
Hours:
Sunday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
It is important for travelers to note that ShinSen is only kosher from January 14 through January 24. After the Yeshiva Week dates end, the Hyatt will resume operating its own sushi restaurant at that location, and it will not be kosher.
