The Park Hyatt Hotel in the exclusive Yorkville neighborhood in Toronto is bringing back kosher fine dining on select summer evenings. The hotel had done these dinners in the past though they haven’t been available recently. The Park Hyatt’s central location makes this initiative an excellent option for special occasions work dinners and other events.
The pop-up will include a three-course prix fixe dinner, following a welcome reception with canapes and wine. The hotel’s goal with the restaurant is to create the same fine dining opportunity for kosher consumers seen in other restaurants.
The Park Hyatt’s menu changes monthly – previous menu items have included beef carpaccio, braised veal osso busco, and beetroot salad.

- July reservations – Monday, July 17th (just before the 9 Days)
The food is prepared in the hotel’s exclusively kosher kitchen, under COR kosher supervision. Dinner is priced at $150/pp, and tickets must be reserved in advance via the links above.
