Jerusalem’s renowned Craft Pizza has broadened its horizons by opening a new branch in Tel Aviv, offering its celebrated Napoli-style stone oven pizzas alongside an expanded menu in a prime beachfront setting.

Located at HaYarkon 169 in Atarim Square, this new establishment provides more than just pizza, featuring three distinct pasta dishes, fresh salads, delectable desserts, cocktails, and more.

Craft Pizza has garnered acclaim for its thin, crispy Neapolitan pizzas, crafted from a 72-hour sourdough and baked in a traditional stone oven, resulting in a uniquely charred crust. The menu boasts inventive options like the “Indulgence” pizza, topped with Brie cheese, garlic confit, and honey, and the “Umami” pizza, featuring champignon, portobello mushrooms, and truffle oil.

In addition to these signature pizzas, the Tel Aviv location introduces three different pasta options, fresh salads, indulgent desserts, and a curated selection of cocktails and beverages, ensuring a comprehensive dining experience by the beach.

The restaurant’s interior reflects a rustic, cave-like environment, with modern wooden elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and tourists.

The use of a charcoal oven, with charcoal imported from the U.S., imparts a distinctive flavor to their pizzas. The dough is prepared using a 72-hour sourdough process, resulting in a charred crust that complements the homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Craft Pizza is kosher Mehadrin under the Rabbanut Tel Aviv and operates daily except Fridays from 4 PM to 10 PM. Expect later hours for Motzei Shabbat.
