Chicago’s kosher dining scene just got a flavorful new addition with the soft opening of B’sari Burger Bar, a vibrant burger joint offering a unique spin on classic American comfort food. Located in West Rogers Park, B’sari Burger Bar is already drawing attention for its playful neon aesthetic and creative, build-your-own menu that lets diners truly make each meal their own.
Smash Burgers, Chicken, and Plenty of Drip
At the heart of B’sari Burger Bar’s menu is the “Build a Smash Burger” experience. Diners can customize their burger from the ground up, starting with a Single Smash or Double Smash, and choosing their style — Regular, Onion, or Jalapeño Smash. Toppings range from grilled onions and jalapeños to pickles and red onions, with your choice of vegan cheeses like American, Cheddar, and Provolone. Up to two sauces can be selected per burger, with options like Hot Honey BBQ, Garlic Aioli, and their house-made Slam Sauce.

With the Pick Your Drip feature, guests can choose their fry type (Sweet, Classic, or Waffle), seasoning (Cajun, Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper, and more), and a final layer of “drip” — their signature sauces — for a fully custom-loaded fries experience. Add-ons like chopped burger, pulled BBQ beef, and crispy pastrami take this over the top.
