Opened in May 2016, New York Brat Factory (NYBF) was a combo restaurant and manufacturer of kosher sausages on New York’s Upper West Side (UWS). In the last few months, the restaurant was shut down due to leaks and mold in the basement that the landlord did not remedy, according to restaurant ownership.
While the restaurant was interested in reopening, the issues that plagued the restaurant were not addressed and thus forcing the restaurant to close permanently.
