From 1/17-1/28, 2024, Akimori will operate a kosher sushi pop-up out of the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino.
Akimori operates multiple high-end kosher sushi / Omakase restaurants in the New York / New Jersey area including in Deal, NJ, multiple in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the 5 Towns.
The Akimori Aruba menu will feature favorites from its NYC-area sushi restaurants like tuna crispy rice, yellowtail jalapeño sashimi, signature nigiri and specialty rolls.
For this 12 day pop-up, Akimori will be open 5-11pm daily Sun-Thurs, closed on Friday. and will open after Shabbat until Midnight.
Service is Walk In only (No reservations).
Akimori will be serving in the lobby Alfresco Bar and is also offering the same menu for pickup only at the Palms restaurant when you order via QR code.
