As of the end of May 2017, Ruth’s Kosher Vegetarian restaurant in Florence, Italy has been under the kosher supervision of the IKC. (click here for the teudah)
A previous version of this post announced that the chief rabbi of Florence had left the community leaving Ruth’s without kosher certification. We were not aware of the replacement hashgacha at the time of the post.
