The 2024 holiday season has ended but the kosher restaurant openings will only start to heat up.
YeahThatsKosher is learning of kosher expansions to, the already very kosher, American Dream Mall. Miznon – already with two kosher locations in the US (Times Square and Holmdel, NJ) and one in Israel (Tel Aviv); and Fish Grill – originally from California, with two Los Angeles locations and now with two kosher locations on the East Coast (Brooklyn and Lakewood); are both opening kosher eateries inside the American Dream Mall, within their existing kosher food court.
That kosher food court already boasts excellent kosher options like Bravo Pizza, Chickies, and the rest of American Dream has much more.
Miznon, by Israeli celebrity chef Eyal Shani, first became kosher with their Times Square location earlier this year, with two more locations that quickly followed. The restaurant is known for its pitas stuffed with delicious chicken, meat, and veggie offerings.

Fish Grill is a longstanding kosher eatery in Cali that has grown into the country’s most popular kosher fish restaurant chain. This new location in the New Jersey mall will mark the 3rd Fish grill location in the NY/NJ area.
Both kosher eateries still need more work to open, and we don’t expect to see either launch for many months, likely in Q2 2025.
