4 South Florida Kosher Restaurant Closures

Chicken Satay @ Kosha
  1. The kosher sushi & Thai restaurant in Boca Raton, Kosha, has closed. The restaurant was open for less than a year.
  2. Fort Lauderdale’s Bon Ami Grill has closed permanently in July.
  3. Also open for less than a year, Hummus Asli in Hollywood, FL, has closed.
  4. Café 95 in Boca Raton will be closed for renovations from Monday, August 7 through Monday, August 21 and will reopen for lunch on Tuesday, August 22.

  • Restaurants in Boca that open away from the Montoya Circle neighborhood or Century Village aren’t going to last. When will they learn. I know you were very excited to see Ditmas open but it hasn’t gotten any better. It’s probably next on the list. When you go in to a restaurant that purports to have a sense of humor…. mystery meat is not something you want to see on the menu.
    As far as the places in Hollywood, how many chumus places can one street handle?
