New Chef’s Restaurant Opened up in Tel Aviv: Meat Kitchen

It has replaced a very popular non-kosher meat restaurant named Sharp and Shine. The concept of the new restaurant is all about the purity of beef. It’s not  a classic steakhouse that focuses on steaks, but rather it’s how to incorporate the meat thoughtfully in every dish.

The reason the young owners and chefs decided to open up a gourmet kosher restaurant is because there is a shortage of kosher gourmet in Tel Aviv and kosher meat restaurants in general.
