Jewish students at the University of Delaware finally can leverage their meal plans. Announced back in 2013, the new dining hall that ha just opened now has a kosher station with a mashgiach on hand.
Until now, the only kosher food available on campus were frozen meals available on request & campus markets that offer a variety of pre-packaged kosher certified items.
The kosher station is operational at UDel’s Caesar Rodney Residence Hall Complex dining facility. The kosher station is the only place in the dining hall that uses biodegradable paper plates and plastic utensils.
