A new player in Los Angeles’ kosher dining world has officially opened its doors, and it’s making noise with beef, bold flavors, and a quirky vibe. Corridor 18, located in Pico-Robertson, is serving up gourmet burgers and comfort food in a space that’s both casual and creatively styled. It’s already drawing crowds for its high-quality meats, over-the-top toppings, and fully kosher menu. The restaurant officially opened on April 23, 2025.

Funky Burgers, Elevated Comfort Food
Corridor 18 isn’t just another burger joint. Its menu was crafted with personality, offering a twist on classic American staples with a touch of culinary creativity. The restaurant’s signature items include the “Corridor Burger,” which features a 7 oz beef patty topped with truffle aioli, arugula, pickled cucumbers, and beef bacon onion jam. Other standout creations include the “Desperado,” a spicy, Southwestern-inspired burger stacked with jalapeño aioli, fresh jalapeños, guacamole, red onions, and lettuce.
Early favorites among customers include the Signature Corridor 18 burger with truffle aioli, arugula, pickles, and beef bacon onion jam. The Crispy Chicken sandwich has also made an impression, stacked with Caesar dressing, coleslaw, pickled onion, honey mustard, and pickles. For those who prefer their comfort food with a side of indulgence, the Messy Fries—topped with ground beef, “cheese,” Corridor sauce, and caramelized onion—are a must-try.
Vegetarians and plant-based diners aren’t left out either. The “Notorious V.E.G.” features a Beyond Beef patty topped with Corridor sauce, lettuce, onion, and pickles, keeping the same bold energy without the meat.
Corridor 18 also offers crispy chicken sandwiches, including the “Hot Chick,” which is served with pickled slaw and spicy aioli. Sides are far from ordinary—options like “Messy Fries” come loaded with ground beef, cheese, caramelized onions, and signature sauces. More straightforward selections like truffle fries and potato wedges are also available.
House-made sauces include chipotle aioli, jalapeño aioli, and chimichurri, which can be added to any dish to customize the flavor profile even further.
Designed for the Experience
The interior of Corridor 18 is as intentional as its menu. The design leans retro, with pops of color, geometric shapes, and playful touches throughout the space. While limited seating is available for those who want to dine in, the restaurant is primarily geared toward pickup and delivery orders.
Customers can order directly through their dedicated Toast platform or via major delivery services. While the dining space is compact, it adds to the fast-casual, high-energy experience Corridor 18 aims to deliver.
