La Mer’s Intro Passover Menu
La Mer’s Passover menu is a true celebration of Mediterranean coastal flavors, crafted with flair by celebrity chef Olivia Ostrow. The beachfront restaurant is offering gourmet lunch and specialty dinner options daily during Passover, with everything prepared under strict KM Glatt Kosher certification. Guests can start their experience with refreshing salads like the watermelon salad with mint and balsamic glaze, the hearty Tunisian salad with tuna and preserved lemon, or the vibrant seaside ceviche with grouper, cilantro, and green apple. For a protein-packed appetizer or shareable plate, family-style meat platters and boneless ribeye entrecote are on offer—perfect for groups enjoying the club vibe.
The “Al Ha’Esh” grilled section is the centerpiece of La Mer’s savory menu. These main courses are paired with a beautiful variety of mezze-style sides like harissa potato salad, fennel with preserved lemon, and cumin carrots. Diners can enjoy options like grilled salmon with preserved lemon and za’atar, lamb keftas, chicken skewers, and even a grilled fish platter featuring Moroccan sardines and rouget. For something more casual but just as indulgent, the sandwich lineup includes a smashed burger, a gourmet grilled chicken club with pastrami bacon, and a grilled grouper sandwich topped with pineapple slaw and Ostrow’s signature sauce—all served on Passover-friendly bread or buns.
To close the meal, La Mer’s dessert menu adds a sweet, elegant touch to the Passover dining experience. Signature options include the flourless dark chocolate cake, strawberry Melba, passionfruit panna cotta, and a tropical papaya parfait stuffed with granola and chantilly. For a fresh, lighter finish, guests can opt for the fruit carpaccio or classic seasonal fruit plate. Whether you’re lounging poolside with a daybed reservation or dining beachfront for Shabbat dinner, La Mer promises a luxurious and one-of-a-kind kosher culinary experience this Passover in Miami Beach.
