NEW: Chief Smokehouse Brings Texas Style Kosher BBQ to Queens

Texas-style restaurant Chief Smokehouse is now open in Queens, offering smoked barbecue in the Bukharian neighborhood of Jamaica Estates. The restaurant offers an upscale twist on traditional smoked barbecue, with an eye for detail.

Chief’s brings back the classic smoke ring meats to provide authentic, house-made flavors. It offers a cozy atmosphere for friends and family alike perfect for a variety of occasions.

Popular items include the Meat Lover, a thin crispy and sauce 12-inch flatbread with charred sauce, mozza, pepperoni and pulled brisket with beef bacon, crispy onions and honey mustard in addition to their brisket, which is a 21-hour smoked, rested and juicy half-pound of beef with a choice of sides. Chief’s also has a grilled chicken with Chief’s tzatziki, lettuce, tomato and pickled onion marinated with grilled chicken and aoli.
