Chef Eyal Shani Quickly Expanding in NY: Opening Kosher MALKA Restaurant in Brooklyn

Following the successful launch of Malka UWS last year, Chef Eyal Shani has already announced an expansion to South Florida, and will open in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood later this month.

Malka Dumbo will mark Shani’s first restaurant in Brooklyn and showcase his unique culinary philosophy—all within the framework of kosher dietary laws. The full-service dinner and brunch destination will officially open its doors to the public on Sunday, September 29th.

This also comes on the heels of Shani’s other kosher establishments in the NY / NJ area: Miznon, a fast casual pita joint, with kosher and non-kosher locations globally. Miznon’s only kosher locations (for now) are in Times Square Manhattan, New Jersey, and one in Tel Aviv.
