The long-awaited soft opening of Novo in the 5 Towns is now upon us. The restaurant will be opening to the public starting this Thursday, Feb 22 in a limited basis during their soft opening phase.
The restaurant, now with Jewish ownership, is located in the space formerly occupied by MUR, is positioning itself as an upscale French steakhouse with a beautifully designed interior, aiming to give diners a unique experience.
The restaurant is looking to lean on quality in every form, starting with beef is sourced from local farms and is free from hormones and antibiotics. Novo is touting its quality steaks, fish, wines, bar, desserts, and more on its menus.
Novo Steakhouse offers private dining options for groups of up to 250 guests.

The restaurant is open Mon-Thu from 5-10pm, 9am-5pm on Fridays (times varying), Closed Saturdays, and from 1-9:45pm on Sundays.
