The owner of Texas Kosher BBQ is bringing a brand new kosher eatery to the Dallas area. Kosher Palate will serve many needs of the community by being a hybrid of sorts. It will offer full service catering, a grocery, in addition to serving BBQ and deli.
A party room will be on site for parties and more, but catering will also be offered on location.
Grocery items will include pre-checked produce, meat, and dairy products. There will also be a large variety of other kosher products as well including items not always found in the DFW area. They will have fresh checked lettuce and herbs under the guidelines of Dallas Kosher as well as meats and Cholov Yisroel dairy products.
Prime rib, sea bass, chicken, smoked short ribs, and 50 day whiskey aged rib eye are just a few of the items that will be offered.
Kosher Palate is on target to open May 2018 and will be certified by Dallas Kosher.
