A new kosher Asian cuisine place has opened in Borehamwood, England (on the outskirts of London) earlier in 2016.
Featuring a noodle bar, Chopstix Metro offers Glatt kosher Korean, Thai, and Chinese fusion. Customers can choose from wheat or rice noodles, egg fried or plain rice as their base, and then add toppings.
Chicken breast, tofu, beef, or mix vegetables can be chosen as the main protein. Sauce selections include sweet & sour, sweet & spicy, black bean, caramel, salt & pepper, BBQ, red curry, and teriyaki. Sides include spring rolls, edamame, and chicken sesame toast.
Chopstix Metro is certified under the KLBD (London Beit Din).
