A kosher dairy restaurant is opening at Eton Chagrin Boulevard, a shopping center in Woodmere, OH (outside Cleveland): Bluestar Cafe, which is set to open December 5th.
The menu will offer soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and paninis. Many options will be available as grab and go, perfect for those running to and from work. Diners can also look forward to the full latte and smoothie bar.
Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday from 7am-3pm, Friday from 7am-2pm, Sunday from 8am-3pm, and Saturday nights 1 1/2 hours after Shabbat until 11pm.
In addition to the cafe, Bluestar Market will also be opening nearby inside the mall. Prepared Shabbat and weeknight meals will be available. Meats, salads, soups, sushi, sides, and more are being offered. Market hours are 11:30am-7pm.
