Aside from people who have Celiac disease or those who are gluten sensitive, the number of people who believe going gluten-free will lead to a healthier lifestyle is growing, and Dunkin Donuts is picking up on the trend. By the end of 2013, Dunkin Donuts will be the first fast-food chain in the United States to introduce gluten-free products. The pastries, to be sold at participating shops, will be packaged separately to avoid contamination from other foods that contain wheat flour.
As of now, after speaking to a Dunkin Donuts customer service representative, we are uncertain as to whether or not the Kosher Dunkin Donuts locations across the U.S. will carry them. Stay tuned for more info!

I’m all for companies adding more gluten free products to their lines. I did notice though that these donuts are still pure junk food. Just gluten free junk food. And more chemicals than the standard donut.
not surprising. even people who don’t eat gluten want junk/convenience. they’re just capitalizing on that.
So excited to see what they come up with!
Sweet (no pun intended)! If only the KC Dunkin’ was kosher.
I am happy that they are catering a bit more to the GF population. I just hope that it tastes good – so many times it is really frustrating to find a healtheir version of something and it tastes ridiculously awful.
