Effy’s Cafe is an UWS dairy/brunch restaurant located on 96th and Columbus. Just across the park, their UES location on 93rd and 3rd has recently become kosher as well.
The Israeli style cafe offers an extensive brunch menu, with options including omelettes, shakshuka, breakfast wraps and more. Also on the menu are tons of sandwiches, including a tuna melt, a grilled fish sandwich and a grilled cheese salad combo. A variety of Israeli inspired salads, entrees and sides are available as well.
Effy’s Cafe is located at 1688 York Ave. It is kosher certified by the Cup K/Rabbi Steinberg.
