The artisanal gelato shop, Glyk Gelato, acquired kosher certification in Parkland just a few months ago.
Glyk Gelato prides itself on responsibly sourcing ingredients and serving customers in their brand new flagship location in the Waterways Shoppes of Parkland, FL.
Glyk’s Gelato flavors include Belgian chocolate, vanilla bean, peanut butter chocochip, pistachio di Bronte, cookies and cream, sweet corn, choco-hazelnut, and others. Dairy free and fat free options include Mexican lime, fresh mango, and strawberry.
Gelato pops, shakes, affogatos, cakes, and other items are available as well.
Hours of operation are Sunday 1pm-9pm, Monday-Thursday 1pm-10pm, and Friday-Saturday 1pm-11pm.
