As we prepare for Pesach 2025, the cRc (Chicago Rabbinical Council) has released its updated annual list of liquors that are certified kosher for Passover. This list is a crucial reference for those looking to stock their home bars, serve guests responsibly, or just enjoy a l’chaim or two without chametz concerns.

The cRc’s Pesach Liquor List 2025 includes a wide variety of spirits: brandy, cognac, gin, liqueurs, rum, tequila, and vodka; all verified to be kosher for Passover when bearing the appropriate certification symbol (OU-P, OK-P, or Star-K-P). Many options are also labeled as Mevushal, giving more flexibility for hosting or gifting.

What’s especially helpful is the diversity of options. Whether you’re looking for a boutique arak, a premium tequila, or a classic vodka, this year’s list has something for every palate.
