The Rooms & The Vibe
While there are various rooms options, practically every room comes with its own private plunge pool (aside from the most inexpensive options, which are still beautiful rooms) and wide vista-like views of the ocean. Relaxing doesn’t begin to describe the atmosphere set at the Zadún property.
Even though the property was practically full when we were there in late March 2024, because it is spread out, the vibe is quiet, serene, and relaxing. This is not a party scene type of hotel. When visiting, don’t expect loud DJs, dance parties, and the like.
On that note, a visit to their Alkalei Spa is a must. Easily one of the most beautiful spas at any resort, any experience there is nothing short of being fully pampered. The spa’s palm tree-lined pool is a precursor to your massage, which dunks can follow into their plunge pool, sauna, and steam room. With no party atmosphere on site, there’s no rush or sense of FOMO to leave the spa (or your room!).
The bathroom was nothing short of luxurious, with double sinks, a soaking tub + separate standing shower, luxurious towels and robes, and lots of little amenities to make our stay comfortable. The room also includes a spacious walk in closet that included wide brimmed hats if we needed.
Additionally, and one of the best parts of our stay, each room is assigned a Tosoani, a private butler that helps with your needs. We were texting with our Tosoani throughout our stay and he was excellent at providing us with the service needed to ensure we were comfortable and had the meals we needed lined up. We communicated with our Tosoani through text, and he or his colleagues acted quickly to any needs we had (usually food related).
Watch this short clip below to view a little tour of the room as we arrived to the property.
