Renowned Chef Eyal Shani is making a significant move in the culinary world by transitioning his popular restaurant, Miznon, located in Ramat Hachayal, to a Kosher-certified establishment. This change applies exclusively to the Miznon branch at Hanechoshet 1, Tel Aviv, offering a kosher dining option for patrons adhering to dietary laws.
This comes only 2 months after its Times Square, NYC location converted to kosher as well. The restaurant operates 17 locations in 8 countries, including 3 in Israel. Only this location in Israel and the Times Square location are currently kosher certified. Eyal Shani also opened a kosher branch of his “Malka” restaurant on the Upper West Side of NYC this past Fall.
Miznon has built a reputation for its commitment to quality, utilizing fresh ingredients and top-tier raw materials combined with expert knowledge to craft innovative, seasonally inspired dishes. This approach has reinvented the concept of Israeli street food, elevating it with a focus on flavor and freshness.
The Kosher certification of the Ramat Hachayal location marks a significant milestone for Miznon, allowing it to cater to a broader audience seeking kosher dining experiences without compromising on the quality and creativity that Chef Eyal Shani is known for.
