Michael Atias, known for Sarah’s Tent and Sarah’s Brick Oven, is set to open a new restaurant venture, YOKO Kosher Asian Fusion Cuisine. Slated to launch in the coming couple of months, YOKO aims to introduce a full-service kosher Asian Grill & Bar to the Skokie dining scene.
The upcoming 50-seat restaurant will be located in the same shopping center as Atias’s other ventures, enhancing the culinary diversity of the area. Specifically, YOKO will open next door to Sarah’s Tent, at 4020 Oakton St, Skokie, IL 60076, offering a convenient new dining option for locals and visitors alike.
