Enjoy breathtaking views at G7 Rooftop, the new Japanese Robatayaki restaurant at the top of the Dolce by Wyndham Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.
Robatayaki, often shortened to robata, literally means “fireside cooking.” It is a style of Japanese cooking where fish or chicken is slowly grilled on skewers over hot charcoal.
The G7 Rooftop culinary experience includes an elevated ambiance with a menu filled with fresh ingredients and flavorful spices. Visit and enjoy dishes such as mahi-mahi ceviche, hamachi jalapeno, chicken katsu, curry street noodles, and bakkafrost salmon teriyaki. Desserts include lava cake, mille-feuille, pavlova, and G7’s signature doughnuts with miso caramel and whiskey chocolate. There’s also plenty to drink, from artisan cocktails to after-dinner liquors.
If you are vegetarian or vegan, G7 can accommodate your needs. The restaurant also provides options safe for those with gluten sensitivities. Just make sure you communicate your needs to your server when you arrive.
