The Cinko restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Baha-Mar Resort in the Bahamas recently made a kosher name for itself as home to the first kosher restaurant in the Bahamas archipelago. As families flock to vacation destinations this week, restaurants like Cinko can get easily get overwhelmed. In anticipation of this issue, one of the resort’s other restaurants is becoming kosher for Yeshiva Week only.
The Palms Kosher Restaurant will be located beachside, and unlike Cinko, will offer breakfast lunch, and dinner service (Cinko is dinner only). The breakfast menu offers a variety of healthy dishes that include a frittata, avocado toast and a smoked salmon bagel. The lunch and dinner menus are one and the same, from which diners can select from choices such as smoked brisket tacos, sesame seared ahi tuna crudo, and caesar salad.
The Palms is maintaining a fully meat menu. While the breakfast menu does not have any meat on it, it has no dairy either.
