The neighborhood dubbed “South Toms River” will soon house the upscale kosher restaurant Lamppost Bistro Bar & Lounge: an old fashioned steakhouse with a modern twist. Manning the kitchen is Chef Goldberger, until now a Lakewood caterer.
Lamppost Bistro is perfect for large events, with their ability to seat over 100 people in the restaurant. In addition to the main dining room, the Bar and Lounge room can be reserved for special events. The bistro plans to open within the month.
Menu items at Lamppost include high end delicacies like aged prime rib, salmon carpaccio, and sea bass, in addition to some creative twists on classics – lamb chop with zucchini cannoli, and short rib with potato confit and white bean mousse, to name just a few.
Diners can select from Lamppost’s extensive drink menu to create the perfect dinner and drinks combo. The dozens of cocktails, beers, wines, scotches, and more allow for plenty of options for discerning palates.
Lamppost Bistro will be located at 276 Atlantic City Blvd, Pine Beach, NJ. It is kosher certified by Tartikov Kashrus.
Lamppost Bistro will be open Sunday-Thursday, 5pm-11pm.
