The Hummus Factory in Thornhill, Ontario is now open.
They serve fresh hummus! Customers can take 1/4 kg or 1/2 kg containers home with them.
Menu items include Sabich, which is available in a pita or a bowl with hummus, tahini, amba, schug, cucumber, tomato, parsley, eggplant, onion and egg.
The Angelita is a malawach with hummus, crushed tomato, cucumber and egg, and the Esther Breakfast consists of 3 eggs, tomato, cucumber, tahini, pita and turkish coffee.
Hours of operation are Sunday-Thursday 10am-8pm, and Friday 10am-2pm.
The Hummus Factory is certified kosher under the COR.
