The very popular Mehdarin restaurant in Israel, Lechem Basar, translated as “Meat Bread”, is opening up a third location, this one in the city of Bnei Brak in the new B.S.R. towers.
As we have mentioned in the past, Lechem Basar is one of the top Kosher Mehadrin restaurants in Tel Aviv, this one will have the same concept: the connection of fresh baked bread with quality cuts of meat.
For example, the restaurant offers a Syrian dish called “Lachmagun,” which is a fresh loaf of bread filled with ground beef or lamb, root vegetables, roasted peppers, kalamata olives served in a hot cast iron pan topped with an eggplant cream.
