Located approximately 45 minutes south of Albany, NY, a new Kosher Pizzeria has opened in Hudson, in Columbia County. The region is scenic and green, which makes the area an attractive location for NY area Jews in the summertime.
It is worth noting though that Park Falafel and Pizza is open 7 days a week, co-owned by a non-Jew, and has its hashgacha from Rabbi Daniel Fried of Congregation Anshe Emeth (Conservative synagogue).
