A new dining destination has arrived in the area, featuring baked pastries and breads to Las Vegas. Väsker’s Bakery Cafe opened its doors, promising baked goods with a unique twist.
The bakery creates artisanal baguettes, focaccia and other breads on a daily basis selecting ingredients to create a variety of flavors. Väsker’s draws inspiration from Israel combining the bustling shuks in Tel Aviv and the ancient history of Jerusalem. Its goal is to provide visitors with a genuine taste of Israel.
The menu at Väsker’s reflects a commitment to quality and creativity, offering a range of dishes that cater to diverse tastes. Some of the standout items include a Ravioli Alfredo, which is cheese ravioli served with grilled mushrooms and alfredo sauce, in addition to the Asian Spicy Spaghetti, which includes grilled cabbage, jalapeños and duck sauce. They also offer unique breads like pan challah and Frena Style pita bread, which is a rich, fluffy version of their pita.
Väsker’s offers gluten free options and has a separate Friday takeout menu, offering breads, pastries and fish.
The bakery can be located at 4235 S. Fort Apache Rd. #250 in Las Vegas. It is open Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Fridays until 4 p.m. Väsker’s is kosher supervised by the Va’ad HaKashrus of Las Vegas.
