Popular Eatery Reopens With Full Menu and Expanded Hours
Announced over a year ago, the beloved kosher comfort food restaurant West Wing has officially launched its new location in Brooklyn, bringing its signature menu of hearty wings, burgers, and sandwiches back to the community. Previously located in the Five Towns, the restaurant has closed that location with plans to reopen in a nearby spot soon. In the meantime, Brooklyn diners can now enjoy the full West Wing experience on Coney Island Avenue.
What’s on the Menu
West Wing’s menu is packed with crowd-pleasers, including crispy starters like Buffalo Cauliflower Pops, Maple Chicken Crisps, and the indulgent Smoky Frito—a wrap loaded with pastrami, slaw, and aioli. Their signature wing selection includes options like Buffalo West Wings glazed with maple sriracha.
For mains, the Burger Collection is extensive. Customers can choose from creative builds like the Lamb Burger, Something Else Burger (featuring both beef and pulled beef), or the Loaded Jalapeño Whopper with vegan cheese and chipotle aioli. All burgers can be served on brioche buns, wraps, or gluten-free options.
The Sandwich Collection includes hits like the Brazilian Chicken Sandwich with guacamole and sautéed onions, and the New York Sandwich packed with crispy chicken, pulled BBQ beef, avocado, and spicy ranch. The Hungry Man Sandwich, Fat Cow Sandwich, and Hot Pastrami Sandwich offer serious portions for serious appetites.

For those looking for value, West Wing offers three combo meals under its Value Menu: a beef hot dog combo, schnitzel sandwich combo, and grilled chicken sandwich combo, each served with fries and a drink.
On Thursday nights, the menu shifts to a more heimish vibe with cholent-focused specials. The Chulent Combo includes kishke, potato kugel, cole slaw, and pickles, while a la carte options like Beef Jerky, Maple Sriracha Beef Jerky, and Prime Beef Chulent round out the special offerings.
Sides, Salads, and More
Sides include Garlicky String Beans, Sweet Potato Fries, and Truffle Fries, while salad lovers can build a meal with the West Wing Salad or Classic Caesar, with protein add-ons like grilled chicken or pastrami. The restaurant also offers a Classic Chicken Soup with noodles and matzo balls.

West Wing Restaurant is located at 1560 Coney Island Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11230. It is under the kosher supervision of Kehilla Kashrus.

- Sunday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

5 Towns Location Update
While the new location was announced (201 Irving Pl., Woodmere, NY – only 2 blocks down the block from its original location that suffered a fire over 2 years ago and across the street from the Woodmere Gourmet Glatt parking area), diners will need to wait a bit more for the reopening of West Wing in the Five Towns, unfortunately. Don’t expect this opening anytime soon.
