Craft Pizza Closes its Jerusalem Shuk Location After 8 Years

After 8 years of slinging hot pies in Jerusalem’s iconic Machane Yehuda Market, Craft Pizza has officially closed its shuk location. The brand, known for its artisanal approach to pizza and trendy urban aesthetic, announced the closure via Instagram, citing a desire to focus on its other branches around Israel.

This location, tucked among the bustling market stalls, was a go-to for locals and tourists craving quality kosher pizza on the go. But fear not, Craft Pizza fans—this is not the end. The company will now focus on its remaining locations in Jerusalem (Shlomtzion HaMalka), Tel Aviv, and Modi’in, continuing to serve the same beloved menu of pies, salads, and sides.

The Tel Aviv location, which recently opened, brought the brand’s signature vibe to the heart of the city. Located just off the beach in an iconic location, Craft Pizza is still making moves.

Craft Pizza’s Jerusalem spot on Shlomtzion HaMalka remains open and continues to serve the downtown crowd, only a short walk from Mamilla and the Old City. So for those still craving their thin crust perfection and spicy honey drizzle, your next fix isn’t far.

While it’s sad to see the Machane Yehuda shop go, especially after nearly a decade of being part of the market’s evolution, it’s clear that Craft Pizza isn’t slowing down—it’s simply redirecting its energy. Whether you’re in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem proper, or Modi’in, the slices are still hot and the vibes still strong.
