New in Stamford: Armonia Kosher Dairy Restaurant Launches at Armon Hotel

Introducing Armonia to Southern CT

A brand-new kosher dining destination has arrived in Stamford, CT, introducing a refined take on dairy cuisine. Armonia, now in its soft opening phase, is set inside the Armon Hotel at 2701 Summer St and promises an experience filled with fresh flavors and sophisticated dishes.

A Look at the Menu

Armonia’s soft opening menu features a carefully curated selection of appetizers, salads, fish, pizzas, pastas, and desserts, combining classic flavors with modern culinary twists.

  • Appetizers include Jewish Nigiri—a beetroot cream base topped with beet steak and gravlax, Avocado Fries coated in breadcrumbs, and the Moon Stones—crispy fried potato chunks tossed in garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil.
  • Salads range from a classic Caesar to the Savory Garden, featuring cucumbers, pumpkin seeds, grape vinaigrette, and fresh greens.
  • Fish lovers can try the White Bride, a branzino fillet with beurre blanc sauce, or the Ocean Crust, a unique salmon schnitzel served with crispy fries and lemon aioli.
  • Pizza options include the Margarita (tomato sauce and mozzarella), Zucchini (zucchini cream base, zucchini slices, and mozzarella), and the intriguing Tuscany (eggplant cream, goat cheese, and honey).
  • Pasta dishes feature classics like Fettuccini Alfredo with mushroom broth and roasted chestnuts, Cacio e Pepe, and Pappardelle alla Tomato.
  • For dessert, guests can indulge in Flan, Crepe Suzette, or the decadent Whipped Secrets—a sesame tuile, espresso-dipped brownie, whipped cream, and cocoa.

With a menu focused on fresh ingredients and elegant presentation, Armonia is set to become a go-to spot for kosher dairy cuisine in the region.
