Gveenah Joins West Hartford’s Kosher Scene with Elevated Dairy Dishes

West Hartford’s kosher dining scene has a fresh new addition with the opening of Gveenah Mediterranean Fusion Kitchen, a dairy restaurant bringing an elevated yet approachable take on Mediterranean flavors. Located at 844 Farmington Avenue, Gveenah is setting a new standard for kosher dining in the area with its creative menu, fresh ingredients, and modern ambiance.

A Fusion of Mediterranean Classics

Gveenah blends authentic Mediterranean flavors with contemporary techniques, offering a diverse range of dishes. The menu includes fresh salads, handcrafted pasta, artisanal flatbreads, and gourmet fish entrées, all prepared with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is crafted to highlight the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean while maintaining a modern twist.

Menu Highlights

Patrons can indulge in standout dishes like the Seared Fresh Ahi Tuna Tataki, known for its delicate flavors and elegant presentation. The Sabich, a traditional Israeli-inspired dish with roasted eggplant, eggs, and tahini, delivers bold and authentic tastes. To end the meal on a sweet note, Gveenah offers unique desserts such as the Iced Pistachio Crème Brûlée and Olive Oil Chocolate with Rose Petals, which add a refined finish to the dining experience.
