Crunch CT Brings Authentic Boreks to New Haven

The New Haven area in Connecticut has a new spot for foodies seeking authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Crunch CT, a bakery specializing in artisan boreks, has opened its doors, offering a delectable selection of these savory pastries.

Crunch is committed to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Their boreks are made with a flaky dough and filled with a variety of delicious ingredients, such as spinach, feta cheese and chocolate.

The bakery is owned by Chef Liam, who was inspired by his grandmother’s borek recipe. Chef Liam is passionate about bringing the flavors of his childhood to the people of Connecticut.

Crunch CT offers a variety of boreks, including spinach and feta cheese borek, potato and cheese borek, and others. They also offer a variety of sides, such as hummus, tabbouleh, and baklava.

CRUNCH CT is located at 24 Lucy St in Woodbridge. They are open Sunday/Monday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Tuesday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., and is kosher-certified by the Fairfield County Vaad Hakashrus.
