A new kosher Israeli breakfast spot is now open in San Diego. Boker Kitchen offers a new style of breakfast where the meal is made in front of the visitor to create a memorable dining experience.
The restaurant offers omelets and sandwiches like the Cali Platter Breakfast which has parmesan scrambled egg, roasted beets with feta and almond, strawberry jam and butter, zaatar and labneh, Balkan salad with roasted vegetable, fruit of the day and mini challah. It also has classics like avocado toast, shakshuka and lox toast along with several salads.
Boker Kitchen also features pizzas and pastas like The Green One, with pesto, mozzarella cheese, goat’s cheese, parmesan, rocket leaves and balsamic along with the This is Picante with Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, chili peppers, jalapeno, purple onion confit and green schug.
