A new upscale kosher Mediterranean restaurant is now open in Norfolk, Virginia. Charlie’s Middle Eastern Cuisine officially opened via an announcement from the Chabad of Virginia Facebook page.
The restaurant has dishes crafted with precise details, offering an inviting ambiance that combines elegant design with soothing music.
It marks the second kosher restaurant opening in Virginia this year, following the launch of Grill Time in Virginia Beach.
Charlie’s is run by Chef Yogev and offers appetizers, sandwiches, and plates such as raw tuna, fresh hummus, salmon and steak. All plates are served with grilled onion, tomato, jalapeno, and one side.
The restaurant will be open Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday until 2 p.m. It is kosher-certified by the Vaad HaKashrus of Tidewater.
