Run by renowned chefs and kosher entrepreneur, Chefs Donny Rogoff & Lior Hovav, Bardelas (ברדלס) is their new kosher brainchild located in a new commercial complex on the north side of Rehovot.
Bardelas is a chef-inspired Italian bistro that offers a refined yet family-friendly dining experience. The menu highlights traditional Italian flavors with modern and trendy twists, featuring handcrafted pastas, pizzas, creative appetizers, fresh salads, and a full selection of cocktails and wines to complement any meal.
Perfect for a night out with friends for drinks, dessert, or a full meal with the family, Bardelas offers something unique within Israel’s dining scene, kosher or otherwise.
The interior space is small with dining mostly around the U-shaped bar and is paired with ample seating outside in front of the restaurant, but that doesn’t diminish the ambiance or service that Bardelas brings to its diners.
While Bardelas is the first of its kind in Rehovot, kosher consumers should expect to see more Bardelas locations around Israel, if it is a success.
