Chef Eyal Shani’s restaurant group has been expanding their kosher restaurants in the US over the last 12 months.
The renowned Israeli chef first opened Malka on NYC’s Upper West Side back in November and quickly followed with the opening of Miznon Kosher in Times Square, the first kosher location of that brand. Miznon just announced a second kosher location in New Jersey this week.
Not to be outdone, Malka is now planning the opening of their second kosher location, but their first in Florida. With an expected November 2024 opening date, Malka is in the process of hiring staff and building out this location on 6th Street in downtown West Palm Beach. The space was originally built out for a supremely upscale restaurant but is now being converted into Malka, likely making this locale the fanciest of Eyal Shani’s restaurants.

Malka is known for their modern take on Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine, including a mashed potato stuffed schnitzel, chraime fish, roasted veggies, and Israeli salatim.
