Masada Sushi recently opened a sushi food truck offering poke bowls and a basic assortment of sushi rolls in Boca Raton, FL.
Some of their signature rolls include the Rainbow Roll, which is a California Roll with tuna, salmon, yellow tail, and scallion on top, in addition to the Masada Roll, which has tuna, avocado and mango inside with torched yellow tail, spicy mayo, sweet sauce, scallion and smelt roe on the outside.
Masada Sushi serves school lunches, parties, work events and catering. For large-scale catering, packages start at $1,200 for up to 80 guests.
The truck is located at Boca Rio Service Rd and Palmetto Park Rd from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. They can be contacted at 561-343-1970 and are under Kosher Miami hashgacha.
