DOMA Land & Sea, a high-end kosher steakhouse, is opening in Brooklyn later this year. Boris and Ed Safinev, who also own Cork+Slice and Anju started construction recently at the former location of La Vue.
DOMA offers an intimate and cozy dining experience with a serene outdoor garden at its Cedarhurst location. The owners purchased a large space in Brooklyn and will likely capture a similar ambiance to its Long Island restaurant.
It features steaks like the Chile-rubbed Delmonico and a Bone-In Rib Steak, both charred on an Argentinian grill. It also features sushi and seafood like the Grilled Branzino, which has a chimichurri crust, wild greens, yellow peppers gel, and lemon in addition to Roasted Chilean Sea Bass with maitake mushrooms, porcini glaze, shishito pepper and micro herbs.
The new restaurant will be located at 3202 Emmons Ave, two blocks from Knapp Street. More information will added closer to its opening.
