The owners of Salt Steakhouse & LBK Grill in Pier Village, Long Branch, NJ are set to open two new kosher dairy eateries in the coming days + one new kosher market to serve the growing summer and year-round destination on the Jersey Shore.
The first to open will be a kosher bagel shop, Call Your Bubbi Bagels & Market (CYB), located next door to LBK Grill and steps from Salt. The bagel shop will have a public entrance to the street and also an entrance inside the adjacent Wave Resort hotel. After the shop closes to the public, guests at the Wave Resort will have 24-hour access to the market inside CYB where packaged items will be available for purchase. CYB will offer high-quality kosher bagels sourced via a local bakery baked fresh daily.
CYB will offer bagel sandwiches, eggs, and other to-go items. It will be the only true kosher breakfast spot in the area, open to the public 6 days a week from 7:30am-2pm (and will remain open 24hrs to Wave Resort guests only).

Directly across the street, Pepe Kitchen is in the process of finalizing its restaurant to open before the summer season (likely after Shavuot). The restaurant will be serving Neapolitan pizzas and freshly made pastas. The same quality you’ve come to know from Salt Steakhouse will be translated into this smaller dairy eatery.
In addition to the pizzas, Pepe Kitchen will serve artisanal handmade pastas, fish appetizers, salads, gelato, all in a Modern Italian eatery setting. The restaurant will also be available to host dairy parties.
Lastly, steps away Salt Market will be opening next door to the steakhouse, offering prepared foods, kosher wines & liquors, spices, oils, fresh pastas, meat, boutique kitchen wares like knives, sous vide, and more. This will be the only proper kosher liquor store in the vicinity, serving both locals and guests to the Jersey Shore area.
Both Pepe Kitchen and Bubbi’s Bagels are JSOR certified, Chalav Yisrael. Salt Market is JSOR-certified Glatt Kosher.
All of these businesses are located on the first block of Ocean Ave, just off the corner of Morris Ave, in Long Branch, NJ.
