David Mizrahi, owner of Salt Steakhouse in Long Branch, announced a new Italian and Neapolitan pizzeria will open in mid-late May, just in time for Shavuot.
The new restaurant, Pepe Kitchen, will make fresh pizzas using an Italian-style Pavesi toaster oven, which rotates the oven to ensure even cooking at 850 degrees. All pizzas will contain fine, high-protein, Neapolitan flour, fermented for 72 hours
The menu will also include fresh pasta and ravioli, all made in-house, in addition to fresh fish and salads. Visitors will order via QR code scanners and kiosks to keep prices affordable.
Pepe Kitchen will be located on Morris Ave in Long Branch, NJ’s Pier Village and be kosher certified by the JSOR.
