To get a better understanding of their dual offering, we sat down with the founder of T41 Miami, Shawn Morgenroth, for a little Q&A. Answers below are provided by Shawn and the T41 team.
1) Can you tell us about the inspiration behind T41 Miami’s Premier Kosher Passover Experience?
Absolutely. Our vision was to create an unparalleled Passover experience that blends tradition with innovation. We wanted to offer a gourmet experience to celebrate both Ashkenazi and Sephardic cuisines while catering to diverse dietary preferences, right here in the heart of Miami on 41st St. Due to the Major hotels declining to produce Passover Programs with Tour Operators and the influx of kosher clientele moving to South Florida, as well as, those choosing to visit for these major holidays, an vast need arose.
2) How does T41 Miami cater to the varying dietary needs during Passover, especially concerning non-Gebrochts and Kitniyot?
We’ve meticulously designed dual kitchens to address this very concern. Both kitchens’ are dedicated to non-Gebrochts methods, while the Ashkenaz Kitchen is Kitniyot Free or Outdoor Sephardic Kitchen will provide the Kitniyot for those guests and take-out program, ensuring that every guest’s dietary needs are respected and met with a gourmet touch; All under the supervision of the KM – Kosher Miami. 3) The outdoor Sephardic kitchen is a different concept. What unique offerings can guests expect there?
Our outdoor Sephardic kitchen is a highlight, featuring sizzling kebabs and grilled specialties. But the biggest feather in our cap for this culinary program will be that we will be serving RICE; for both dine-in & take-out. It’s an immersive experience where guests can enjoy the vibrant flavors and aromas of Sephardic cuisine al Fresco under a beautiful tent structure.Q4: Tower 41 is known for its elegance. How will it transform for the Seder nights and Yom Tov dining?

Tower 41 will be the epitome of luxury and tradition for Seder nights and Yom Tov dining. We’re creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and spiritually enriching, allowing families to celebrate Passover in a setting that’s both beautiful and meaningful.
5) Premium kosher for Pesach takeout is a key feature of your proposed offering. Can you elaborate on what makes it special?
Our premium takeout is all about quality and convenience. Most items are vacuum-sealed using the method of removing oxygen from a special bag which not only forces flavors to infuse more intensely but also allows them to be stored longer refrigerated due to the lack of oxygen. Other items will be packed in robust containers; all order will be provided with reheating instructions. The other edge of the sword with the vacuum sealing is that several items like Iranian Stews & Rice’s can be reheated and brought back to life by simply submerging the bag in boiling water. The Sous Vide bags have a tare open tab that allows you to pour the item directly into your serving vessels. We will be packing these items in aluminum tins to be used as disposable reheat/Serving vessels, ensuring that our guests can enjoy a hot and incredible meal anywhere.
6) Can you explain the specialized delivery service from Miami and deliveries further north to Boca Raton & Orlando?
Our specialized delivery service is designed to bring the T41 Miami Passover experience directly to our guests’ doorsteps, ensuring quality and convenience. We will be delivering the 1st 3 days on Sunday, April 21st from our facility on 41st All the way up the A1A to Aventura; Routes will be designed once all the orders are reconciled. We will contact those clients with delivery windows for their respective buildings. All other customers: private residences will have to come to T41 to pick up their orders.
The backend 4 days will be delivered on Thursday, April 25th following the same routes; and will include Chol HaMoed Pre-orders; That ordering system will open Wednesday, April 24th after sundown; ~ 8pm and will close at 12pm for pre-ordering your lunch & dinner orders.
We’re also excited about expanding this service to Orlando & Boca, making our offerings accessible to more families.
7) For those who don’t want a dine-in experience for chol hamoed lunch, what do you offer?
For Chol HaMoed, we’re offering both takeout and dine-in options that are perfect for a beach day or a multi-day trip to Disney. Our goal is to provide convenience without compromising on the gourmet dining experience, whether you’re enjoying the sun or exploring the city.

8) Are you offering any unique nighttime experiences?
We’re hosting an Arabian Lounge Night which will be an enchanting evening featuring a Full Lighting & Sound System, @DJNissimBalassiano, is mixing and spearheading the install, Mixologist Bars curated by @Momentum.Mixology’s Wilson Cabera, an Outdoor Hookah Lounge provided by @Puff.Hookah.Mia, which will debut glass hookahs which we will provide fresh fruit & juices to enhance the flavors of the shisha and add a visual component, as well as, serving Middle Eastern Tapas served to soak it all up! It’s a cultural fusion that adds a modern twist to Passover, complemented by live performances and exquisite drinks.

We strongly encourage everyone to book early to secure their spot or meals. Our experiences are crafted with great care and attention to detail, and we want to ensure that everyone who wishes to join us can do so; whether dine-in or take-out.
