Tagine by Alma has opened its doors, offering a fresh take on kosher Moroccan cuisine in Hallandale Beach, FL. This new establishment, formerly known as Bissaleh and co-owned by Israeli singer Gad Elbaz, invites diners to immerse themselves in the rich flavors and melodies of Morocco, complete with live music, traditional dishes, and special desserts.
The menu at Tagine by Alma features a variety of Moroccan staples that promise to delight the palate. Appetizers include Moroccan cigars, Pastilla, Harira Soup, Moroccan Bread, an Assorted Salad, and Schnitzel Frena. For the main course, guests can choose from Couscous, Chicken Tagine, Abu Hazira Meatballs, Lamb Tagine, Fish Ball Tagine, and a Merguez Trio—a mix of beef, lamb, and liver homemade sausages seasoned with Moroccan spices, served with tahini, rice, and Israeli Salad. Other highlights include Couscous Mafrum, Moroccan Fish, and for the grand feast, the Mixed Grill Moroccan.
To round off the dining experience, Tagine by Alma offers traditional Moroccan desserts such as Shebakia, Sfenj, and Mufleta, providing a sweet end to a flavorful meal. The restaurant’s ambiance is further enriched with live Moroccan music, enhancing the authentic dining experience.

Located at 501 Silks Run, just minutes from Aventura and Hollywood, Tagine by Alma operates Sunday to Thursday from 12 PM to 11 PM, and on Saturday from 7:30 PM to 12 AM, while remaining closed on Fridays.
