A new fusion restaurant, Bluestar Cafe, is launching its soft opening March 4 in Hackensack, NJ. The restaurant will offer customizable poke bowls, sandwiches, omlettes, Mexican food, and brunch options.
Bluestar will offer free regular and decaf coffee during its opening day. Its normal business hours will be Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Friday until 4 p.m.
It will operate under the RcBc Vaad Ha’rabanim.
The restaurant opening will take place at 2 University Plaza in Hackensack, NJ.
